Our Story
Having grown up in the north Georgia region, and through extensive and strategic networking that has spanned over a decade, we have developed lasting relationships with the area’s most experienced and longest-lasting log cabin builders, sub-contractors, and lumber suppliers in all of north Georgia. It is through this strategic partnership that Georgia Mountain Cabins is able to bring you the world’s most rustic and high-quality cabins.
Mountain cabin vacations have long been a popular retreat throughout the north Georgia mountain region. The vacation destination towns of Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Cherry Log, among many others, continue to grow rapidly. With the demand for cabins and cabin values steadily increasing, investing in a primary residence or vacation cabin has become very popular and demand has outweighed availability. Spending time in a cozy rustic cabin with the crackle of a wood burning fireplace has become increasingly popular as an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. With more and more employees working from home, people are able to live anywhere and are choosing to move to the mountains.
After having several disappointing experiences with contractors in the area while developing our vacation cabin property, we decided it was time to combine our love and knowledge of rustic mountain cabins and construction project management experience, to open Georgia Mountain Cabins LLC. The decision to do so has been one of the greatest pleasures imaginable and seeing the look on our customers face as they step foot into one our cabins brings an incredible sense of joy that we are proud to be able to share.
